Custom Richardson 112FP Five Panel Trucker Cap — Wide-Format Logo Embroidery

The Richardson 112FP is a five-panel build of the 112 trucker cap with seamless front construction (no center seam), an adjustable snapback, and a standard cotton sweatband. Breweries, agencies, bands, and equipment brands order it when the logo is wide rather than tall and needs uninterrupted panel space. The seamless front panel takes flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, leather/woven/rubber patches, or direct-to-film printing for gradient or photographic art. Side and back panels are embroidery only. Decorated 112FP orders carry a 12-piece minimum, mixable across the nineteen colorways, with a free digital mockup showing the logo sized to the full panel before production.
