The side and back panels support embroidery only — flat or 3D puff — because patches and DTF transfers don't hold up on the smaller, curved surfaces of those panels. Leather patches are our fastest-growing option right now; the natural material pairs beautifully with the braided rope aesthetic for a premium, handcrafted look. What is the minimum order for custom rope hats?

Decorated rope hat orders have a 12-piece minimum total, and you can mix colors to hit that number — for example, 6 pieces in one color and 6 in another. Blank, undecorated rope caps are also available at a 12-piece minimum per color (not mixable, since there's no decoration to justify combining runs), and shipping charges apply to blank orders. We don't charge setup fees or design fees on decorated orders, and every order includes a free digital proof.

Can I get approval from my team before ordering?

Yes. Our built-in quote and mockup customizer lets you build out your full order — styles, colors, and quantities — generate mockup images of your logo on the cap, and save the whole thing as a shareable quote link.
