Very happy with it
They turned out great! Quick turnaround and high quality embroidery.
Great experience ordering custom hats
So happy with how easy it was to work with this company. They took the time to show me mock ups and sewn examples for a design I knew would be difficult. All our hats came out great.
Very satisfied with this company and their product.
Hi Charles, we're thrilled to hear you're satisfied with our product and service! Thank you for your kind words and support.

Very disappointed in how the stitching turned out . Very sloppy .
Hi there, we're sorry to hear about the stitching quality. Please contact us so we can make this right and ensure you're satisfied with your cap. Thanks for your feedback!
Caps are high quality.
Fast quality at a reasonable price. I’ll be ordering more
It seems there is no quality control over at wholesale caps. The embroidery job was awful. They even tried a second time and it still turned out looking very low quality.
Hi Jacob, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the embroidery quality. We appreciate your feedback and will look into this to improve our service. You should post a photo of the cap for reference.
Really amazing looking and came so quickly!
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you love the hat. Hope to see you again soon!
Bueno 👌

Hi Dustin, thank you so much! We look forward to serving you again soon!
Great customer service. Excellent product
Hi Matt, thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you love the product and appreciate your support. Come back anytime!
The patch was low quality. I have used made hats before that turned out great. But I think the patch had too much detail for the stitching available. Would love to be able to make a more simple design.
Hi Dustin, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the patch didn't meet your expectations. Complex AI designs do not translate to embroidery as well as simple logos. A woven patch would have been a better choice but still not perfect for your design. We'd love to help you find a better option next time!
