I think the set up fee if fine, I just did a reorder of the same hat and was charged the set up fee again. I am not charged that fee for a reorder at other companies so I was just surprised that this is added in again. Other than that, everything has been amazing!
Thank you for the review. The setup fee covers the machine setup and processing of each order. It is automatically removed by a discount on orders over $200.
