The hats are great. Very nice and great material...but the hat style can't be setup on my cap frame. Flat visor styles are more difficult to hoop on certain machines. I have a multi needle Brother embroidery machine and I can't hoop this cap so I would steer your customer to a different style or do your research to make sure you don't encounter this crazy hooping issue. I have embroidered many hats and never encountered this before. I lost a customer because of this.🫤
