Screen printing is what this shirt was built for. The seamless body has no side seams to work around, so a full front or full back print lays down flat and even, and 100% cotton takes plastisol ink about as well as any surface in apparel. DTF (direct-to-film) printing handles the jobs screens cannot justify - a photo, a nine-color sponsor block, or a run of three. Left chest embroidery is available for crews that want a stitched company mark.

There is no minimum. You can order one piece - a single shirt for a sample, a replacement for a new hire, or one shirt to check the fit before you commit to a size run. The same decoration is available at one piece as at five hundred. The only exception in our catalog is headwear: embroidered caps carry a 12-cap minimum, while every shirt on this page does not.
What sizes and colors are available?
S through 5XL, including extended 2XL through 5XL, in 80 colors covering solids, antiques, heathers and safety shades. Sizes and colors can be mixed on the same order with no minimum, so a run of mixed colors for different departments is straightforward.
Is the 5000 a good shirt for large screen prints?
It is one of the best. The body is seamless, so there are no side seams to distort a wide front or back print, and 100% cotton holds plastisol ink with strong opacity even on black. For photographic or many-color art we switch to DTF printing. Either way you approve placement and ink colors on a free mockup first.
Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your logo is digitized for embroidery or set up as screen print film or a DTF file, we keep it on file at our Houston facility. Reorders skip setup entirely - you tell us the style, colors and size run, and we print from the file we already have. That keeps a second run cheaper and keeps your logo identical from the first shirt to the five hundredth.
Can the same logo go on other styles?
Yes, and it is a common request. Shops routinely run the 5000 for the floor, the 5400 long sleeve for winter and embroidered caps for the drivers. Mixing categories is fine on one order too - shirts, polos and embroidered caps can all carry the same mark. Just note that the shirts have no minimum and can be ordered one at a time, while caps are ordered in multiples of 12.
How long does production take?
Production is 7-10 business days from the moment you approve the digital mockup, and ground shipping on most orders is free. Rush production is available on request - tell us your event date when you send the artwork and we will confirm what is possible before you pay. Reorders from artwork already on file usually move faster because there is no setup step.
