The PC380SL is a sleeveless performance tee in 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester with Dry Zone moisture-wicking, a UPF50 rating, self-fabric trim at the neckline and self-fabric binding at the armholes. Gyms, landscape and roofing crews, basketball programs and summer camps order it decorated. All printing and embroidery is done in-house at our Houston, Texas shop, where we have decorated apparel since 1979.

Screen printing is the primary method and DTF (direct-to-film) printing is the flexible alternative for multi-color art or a run of twenty. The decorating panel on a sleeveless tee is narrower than a standard tee, so artwork is scaled to the garment on the proof. Performance polyester is printed with inks matched to the fabric. Left chest embroidery is available if you want stitching instead.

Is there a minimum order?

What is the size run on the PC380SL?
S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL. Extended sizes are stocked with the rest of the run, and there is no minimum per size — a single 3XL on its own is a valid order.

Is sleeveless a good surface for a large front print?
It is, within a narrower panel than a crew tee. We size front prints to the body so nothing runs into the armhole binding, and left chest works well for a smaller mark. The free digital mockup shows the exact print dimensions before production.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Run one logo across sleeveless tees, standard tees and long sleeves and every piece will match. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
