Custom Printed Port & Company Performance Tee (PC380)

The Port & Company Performance Tee PC380 is a 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester short sleeve tee with Dry Zone moisture-wicking technology and a UPF50 rating. It is bought by employers who need a lightweight shirt for outdoor crews, athletic programs, event staff and summer giveaways. We decorate it in-house at our Houston, Texas facility, where Wholesale Caps and Embroidery has been putting logos on apparel since 1979.

Screen printing is the workhorse method here and DTF (direct-to-film) printing handles full-color art, gradients and small runs where screens do not pencil out. Because this is a 100% polyester performance fabric, special care is taken through the printing process — we run inks and cure settings suited to poly so colors stay true and dye migration stays under control. Embroidery is available too, left chest only, when a stitched mark suits the account better.

Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum on this style, and a single piece is a perfectly normal order — plenty of customers buy one as a sample before committing to a full run. Caps are the one exception in our catalog; those start at a dozen. Everything else, including this tee, ships from one.

What size range does the PC380 come in?
XS through 4XL. Extended sizes are part of the standard run, not a special order, and you can mix every size on one purchase order with no minimum per size.

Does polyester print well?
Yes, with the right process. 100% polyester performance fabrics need specific inks and cure temperatures, which is why we handle them in-house rather than farming them out. Screen printing and DTF both work; we will recommend the better fit once we see your artwork and quantity.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Run the same logo across this tee, the long sleeve version, the women's cut and the youth tee and they will all match, because the same art file drives all of them. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
