The PC380LS is the long sleeve version of Port & Company's performance tee — 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester with Dry Zone moisture-wicking, a UPF50 rating and hemmed cuffs. Field crews, utility and landscape companies, fishing charters and school programs buy it with a logo on the chest. Wholesale Caps and Embroidery prints and embroiders every one at our Houston, Texas facility, as we have since 1979.

Screen printing handles the chest and back placements most work crews ask for, and DTF (direct-to-film) printing takes care of detailed logos, sleeve hits and short runs. Polyester needs a controlled print process and we keep that in-house. Left chest embroidery is the secondary route when a supervisor shirt needs to read a little dressier than the crew shirts.

Ordering works like this. There is no minimum on this long sleeve — order a single piece if that is all you need, or several hundred if you are outfitting a full roster. Send us your artwork and we will build a free digital mockup showing the print at size and placement; nothing goes to the press until you approve it. Production runs 7–10 business days from proof approval, rush is available on request, and ground shipping is free on most orders.

Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum on this style, and a single piece is a perfectly normal order — plenty of customers buy one as a sample before committing to a full run. Caps are the one exception in our catalog; those start at a dozen. Everything else, including this tee, ships from one.

What sizes and colors are available?
S through 4XL in 13 colors, with extended sizes 2XL through 4XL stocked alongside the rest. Sizes and colors can be mixed on one order at no extra charge and no minimum.

Can you print on the sleeve as well as the chest?
Yes. Left chest plus a sleeve hit is a common combination on crew shirts, and a large back print works for company names and phone numbers. Each additional print location is its own setup, and all of them show up on your free digital mockup before we run anything.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Crews often run the identical logo on long sleeves for winter, short sleeves for summer and caps year-round. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
