The PC380YLS is a youth long sleeve performance tee: 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester with Dry Zone moisture-wicking, a UPF50 rating and hemmed cuffs. Schools, spring and fall sports programs, swim and dive teams and outdoor camps order it decorated with a team or sponsor mark. Every piece is printed or embroidered in-house at our Houston, Texas facility, in operation as a decorator since 1979.

Screen printing covers team fronts and back prints; DTF (direct-to-film) printing is the better call for detailed sponsor art or a small roster order. Polyester takes a controlled print process, which is one reason we keep decoration under our own roof. Left chest embroidery is offered as a secondary method for staff and coaching versions.

Yes, at youth scale. We size sleeve and back prints to the smaller garment so artwork does not wrap awkwardly on an XS, and every placement is shown on your free digital mockup before production begins.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Programs run one logo across youth long sleeves, youth short sleeves and adult sizes for staff. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
