The LPC380 is the women's cut of Port & Company's performance tee: 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester with Dry Zone moisture-wicking and a UPF50 rating. Businesses order it so female staff get a shirt cut for them instead of a men's small, on outdoor crews, race teams, clinics and event staffs. Every shirt is printed or embroidered in-house at our Houston, Texas plant, where we have decorated apparel since 1979.

Lead with screen printing for solid-color logos and repeat runs, or DTF (direct-to-film) printing when the artwork is photographic, multi-color or the quantity is small. Polyester performance fabric demands care through the print process and we build that into the job rather than guessing. Left chest embroidery is offered as the secondary method for a more corporate look.

Is the LPC380 cut differently from the men's tee?
Yes — it is the women's version of the PC380 and is sized XS through 4XL on a women's scale. The fabric is the same 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester, so both styles decorate identically and match in color.

Can you match my exact brand color in the print?
We match print colors to your artwork as closely as the process allows and show you the result on a free digital mockup before anything runs. Send a color reference with your logo file and we will note it on the proof.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Plenty of accounts run one logo across the women's tee, the men's tee and a long sleeve version so the whole staff matches. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
