The Decky 6032 is a soft-structured five-panel rope hat with a high crown, retro flat bill, braid at the base of the crown, a flip-up buckram, ventilation eyelets, and a plastic snap closure, one size fits most. The cotton/poly blend shell is water repellent and rated UPF 50+. Wholesale Caps and Embroidery decorates it in-house at our Houston, TX facility since 1979. The flip-up buckram keeps the front panel firm for flat embroidery and 3D puff embroidery; we also apply leather/woven/rubber patches and direct-to-film printing to the front.
