Custom Richardson 112PL R-Flex Adjustable Trucker

The Richardson 112PL is a Mid Pro trucker cap with a Comfort Stretch sweatband and stretch polyester mesh back, built OSFM so one size fits the whole roster — no size split to track. It's available in 12 colorways, solid and two-tone, and every 112PL is embroidered in-house at our Houston facility, a decorator since 1979. Choose it over a snapback when a fixed-step plastic adjuster doesn't fit everyone on your list.

This cap is decorated with your logo, not sold blank. The front panel takes flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, leather, woven, or rubber patches, or direct-to-film (DTF) printing. Side and back panels are embroidery only (flat or puff) — too small and curved for patches or DTF. Decorated orders carry a 12-piece minimum, mixable across colors, and ship free.
