Custom Richardson 632 Laser Perf Snapback
Custom Richardson 632 Laser Perf Snapback
The Richardson 632 is a six-panel mid-profile performance cap with a laser-perforated Ignite LT body, R-Flex stretch sizing in SM and MD-LG, and a Stay-Dri moisture-wicking sweatband, in 27 colorways. The front panel takes flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, leather/woven patches, or direct-to-film (DTF) print — patches and DTF are front-panel-only decoration. Side and back panels take embroidery only. Wholesale Caps and Embroidery decorates every 632 in-house at our Houston, TX facility since 1979.
Decorated orders carry a 12-piece minimum, mixable across colorways and with other Richardson headwear, and ship free. The laser perforation and Ignite LT body run noticeably cooler than a standard twill six-panel, which is why teams, coaching staffs, and outdoor crews order it for on-field wear. Send your logo, pick your SM/MD-LG split, and we'll return a free digital mockup before production starts; build the order in our online customizer and save it as a shareable quote if you need sign-off first.
Artwork is kept on file at no extra cost, so reorders go straight into production. Browse more trucker caps, snapback hats, or the rest of our Richardson headwear.
Richardson 632 FAQ
What is the minimum order on the Richardson 632?
12 pieces, mixable across colorways. Volume pricing tiers begin at 24 pieces.
What sizes does the 632 come in?
SM and MD-LG with R-Flex stretch — plan a size split for your team before ordering.
Is the 632 good for embroidery given the laser perforation?
Yes — the perforated panels are on the body of the cap. The front panel embroiders cleanly, and we'll confirm exact placement on your free digital mockup before production.
Can I save this as a quote before I order?
Yes. Use the built-in customizer to build your full order — quantities, colors, logo placement — save it as a shareable quote with mockup images, and send the link to whoever needs to sign off. Once approved, submit the saved quote and production starts from the same file.
