How does Softstyle differ from heavy cotton?
Softstyle is 4.5-ounce ring spun cotton - lighter and noticeably softer than a 5.3 or 6-ounce heavy cotton tee, with a narrower rib collar and a semi-fitted, side-seamed body. Heavy cotton is the tougher work shirt; Softstyle is the one people wear off the clock.

Does ring spun cotton print better?
It prints finer. The yarn is smoother, so screen printed edges are crisper and fine type holds up better than on coarser cotton. For photographic or many-color art we use DTF printing, which reproduces gradients faithfully and stays flexible after washing. Ink colors are matched to your brand and shown on the free mockup.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your logo is digitized for embroidery or set up as screen print film or a DTF file, we keep it on file at our Houston facility. Reorders skip setup entirely - you tell us the style, colors and size run, and we print from the file we already have. That keeps a second run cheaper and keeps your logo identical from the first shirt to the five hundredth.

Can the same logo go on other styles?
Yes, and it is a common request. Trade show kits usually run this tee, the unisex 64000 and a cap off the same artwork. Mixing categories is fine on one order too - shirts, polos and embroidered caps can all carry the same mark. Just note that the shirts have no minimum and can be ordered one at a time, while caps are ordered in multiples of 12.

How long does production take?
Production is 7-10 business days from the moment you approve the digital mockup, and ground shipping on most orders is free. Rush production is available on request - tell us your event date when you send the artwork and we will confirm what is possible before you pay. Reorders from artwork already on file usually move faster because there is no setup step.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
