Custom BCT-600 Structured Brushed Twill Hat

The BCT-600 is a structured, mid-crown cap made from brushed cotton twill with a solid back, hook-and-loop closure, and pre-curved visor. One of Outdoor Cap's best-selling styles, it's a straightforward, budget-friendly body that works well as a first decorated cap for a business or team gear program.

Your logo goes on the front panel via flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, or leather, woven, and rubber patches; DTF printing also runs front-panel only. Side and back panels are embroidery only — no patches or DTF there, the curve is too tight. Every order has a 12-piece minimum, mixable across colors, decorated in-house at our Houston, TX facility.
