Custom Port Authority C865 Flexfit Cap

The Port Authority C865 is the original Flexfit cap: a structured, mid-profile stretch-fit cap with a Permacurv bill built in 63/34/3 poly/cotton twill/spandex (98/2 poly/spandex in the Multicam colorways). It has the deepest color range in this family — 17 colors, including three Multicam options — with an S/M and L/XL size split. This cap is decorated with your logo, not sold blank. The front panel takes flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, leather, woven, or rubber patches, or direct-to-film (DTF) printing. Side and back panels are embroidery only (flat or puff) — too small and curved for patches or DTF. Decorated orders carry a 12-piece minimum, mixable across colors, and ship free.
