The CornerStone CS4020 is a 6.5-ounce snag-proof polyester pique polo engineered to resist snags, moisture, odor and stains on heavy job sites. Manufacturing plants, fabrication shops, warehouses and equipment dealers issue it as everyday floor uniform. Embroidery is what we lead with on industrial polos. Stitched logos do not peel off after solvent contact, pressure washing or repeated hot laundering the way applied graphics can. Flat and 3D puff embroidery are both available, along with woven or leather patches and DTF print for complex art. Your artwork is digitized and run in our own Houston building.

Can I order just one of these?
Yes. We run no minimum on apparel, so a single piece is a perfectly normal order — new hire, replacement shirt, or a sample before you commit the whole crew. Nothing changes about the embroidery or the proof process. Caps are the exception and require 12 pieces per order; this polo does not.

Does the CS4020 come in big sizes?
It runs XS to 6XL, so 5XL and 6XL are both standard rather than special order. Because there is no minimum on this style, you can order a single 6XL for one employee without buying a case.

Will pique texture affect how a logo stitches?
Not in any way you will notice. Pique has a small waffle texture, and we digitize with the right underlay so letters and fine details sit on top of it cleanly. Small type is best kept above a minimum height, and we will flag it on your proof if your art needs adjusting.

Is my artwork kept for future orders?
Yes. Digitized files live on our system for reorders, which means repeat runs move straight to production. It also keeps stitch-for-stitch consistency between this year's shirts and next year's.

Do you decorate more than polos?
We do. Your logo can run across tees, vests, bags and coolers and this polo from the same file. Mixing in caps is fine — caps carry a 12-piece order requirement, this polo has none.

When will my order ship?
Production runs 7 to 10 business days from approved proof, then ships free ground on most orders. Rush service is available on request for tighter deadlines.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
