The CornerStone CS412 Select Snag-Proof Polo is a 6.6-ounce snag-proof polyester work polo that resists wrinkles, fights odor and wicks moisture, and is rental-friendly for uniform-service programs. Can I order just one of these?
Yes. We run no minimum on apparel, so a single piece is a perfectly normal order — new hire, replacement shirt, or a sample before you commit the whole crew. Nothing changes about the embroidery or the proof process. Caps are the exception and require 12 pieces per order; this polo does not.

What is the difference between 2XL and 2XLT?
Tall sizes add body and sleeve length while keeping a comparable chest measurement, so the shirt stays tucked and the sleeves reach correctly on taller wearers. This style offers LT through 4XLT alongside XS to 6XL, and you can mix all of them on one order at no minimum.

Will the logo look the same on a small and a 4XLT?
Yes. We stitch one digitized file at a consistent size across the run so the logo matches from XS to 4XLT. If your art is unusually wide we may recommend a slight scale change on the smallest sizes and will show it on the free mockup.

Is my artwork kept for future orders?
Yes. Digitized files live on our system for reorders, which means repeat runs move straight to production. It also keeps stitch-for-stitch consistency between this year's shirts and next year's.

Do you decorate more than polos?
We do. Your logo can run across tees, vests, bags and coolers and this polo from the same file. Mixing in caps is fine — caps carry a 12-piece order requirement, this polo has none.

When will my order ship?
Production runs 7 to 10 business days from approved proof, then ships free ground on most orders. Rush service is available on request for tighter deadlines.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
