The Port Authority Women's Packable Puffy Jacket (L850) is an insulated women's jacket with a 100% polyester shell and lining, 2.4-ounce polyfill insulation and a water-repellent coating and finish, that packs into an included dyed-to-match drawstring pouch. Travel teams, trade show staff and conference organizers buy it because it ships and stores small. Embroidery is our lead method, and this jacket has a Port Pocket for decoration access, which makes clean stitching straightforward on a filled garment. When will we get the jackets?
Plan on 7–10 business days of production once the digital mockup is approved, plus ground transit. Ground shipping is free on most orders, and rush production is available if your date is tight.

Ask for a free digital mockup of your logo on the L850. There is no minimum, so a single piece is a real order — and the jackets collection covers heavier layers.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
