The LPC450VLS is a women's long sleeve V-neck tee in 4.5-ounce, 100% ring spun cotton, 30 singles, cut in a women's fashion fit with a removable tag for relabeling. Heather Grey colors are 90/10 or 50/50 cotton/poly blends. Boutiques, salons, front-of-house teams and company stores order it decorated. We print and embroider it in-house in Houston, Texas, as we have since 1979.

Screen printing on ring spun cotton produces the soft, retail-looking hand these buyers want, and DTF (direct-to-film) printing handles multi-color art without a screen for each color. A V-neck changes the geometry of a chest print, so we set placement below the neckline on the mockup rather than centering it blindly. Left chest embroidery is the secondary option.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. The same logo can run on this V-neck, a crew neck tee and a polo so a mixed staff still matches. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
