How do reorders work?
Email us the quantity and sizes. We already hold your digitized logo on file, so there is nothing to re-approve unless you want a change, and the reorder goes into the schedule right away.

Can different departments order different styles with the same mark?
Yes. Your logo file is not tied to one product. Run it on the Women's Double-Knit Bomber for one crew and on polos or quarter-zips for another. Apparel has no minimum per style; caps start at 12 pieces.

How soon after approval do you ship?
Orders ship 7–10 business days after you approve the mockup, with free ground shipping on most orders. Rush production is available on request.

Send a logo and we will return a free digital mockup on the MM3001. No minimum applies here — order a single piece — and the jackets collection has more layers.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
