Product Description
Nike Dri-FIT Micro Pique 2.0 Polo NKDC1963, Custom Embroidered With Your Logo
The Nike Dri-FIT Micro Pique 2.0 Polo NKDC1963 is a 4.3-ounce, 100% polyester performance polo built from soft, stretchable micro pique with a flat knit collar and a three-button placket, sold here decorated with your company logo. Dealership floors, golf outings, sales teams and country club staff buy it because Dri-FIT moisture management holds up through a full shift. Every piece is embroidered in-house at our Houston, Texas facility, where we have decorated apparel since 1979.
Embroidery is the right call on micro pique — the knit is tight and stable, so letterforms hold their shape and small type stays legible. Left chest is the standard placement, which keeps clear of the contrast embroidered Swoosh on the left sleeve. We also run 3D puff for bolder marks, woven and leather patches, and DTF print when a design has photographic detail or too many colors to stitch cleanly. All of it happens in our own building — artwork never leaves Houston and never goes to a broker.

Why Buyers Pick It
Most performance polos stop at 4XL and leave your tall guys out. This one does not. The size run carries LT through 4XLT alongside the standard XS–4XL, which means a warehouse crew or a dealership sales floor can be outfitted from one style instead of two. Add 20 stock colors and you can color-code departments without changing garments. For a buyer who hates chasing substitutes, the breadth here is the whole argument.
Sizing
Sizes run XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL, plus tall sizes LT, XLT, 2XLT, 3XLT and 4XLT. Extended sizes through 4XL and 4XLT are stocked, not special-order. Because there is no minimum, you can mix the size run however your roster actually looks — two smalls, nine larges and one 3XLT is a perfectly normal order here. How to Order
There is no minimum on the Nike Dri-FIT Micro Pique 2.0 Polo NKDC1963. Order a single piece for one new hire, or several hundred for a company-wide rollout — the price does not depend on hitting a quantity tier. Mix colors and sizes freely across the 20 stock colors — there is no per-color quantity to hit either. Send us your logo in any format you have and we will return a free digital mockup showing exact size, placement and thread colors. Nothing goes to the embroidery machines until you approve it. Production is 7–10 business days from proof approval, rush is available on request, and ground shipping is free on most orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the custom Nike Dri-FIT Micro Pique 2.0 Polo?
It is the Nike NKDC1963 polo — 4.3-ounce 100% polyester Dri-FIT micro pique with a flat knit collar and three-button placket — embroidered with your company logo. Wholesale Caps and Embroidery is a decorator, not a blank-goods seller: we stock the garment and stitch it in-house at our Houston, Texas facility.
Is there a minimum order on this polo?
No. There is no minimum on this style — order a single piece if that is all you need, or several hundred for a full rollout. Embroidered caps and hats are the one exception on our site; those orders start at 12 pieces. Apparel like this polo has no quantity tier to hit and no price break you have to buy your way into.
What sizes does this Nike polo come in?
XS through 4XL in regular, plus LT, XLT, 2XLT, 3XLT and 4XLT in tall. You can mix any combination of sizes and colors in one order with no quantity requirement.
Where should the logo go on this polo?
Left chest is the standard spot and it works well here because the Swoosh sits on the left sleeve, not the chest. Right chest, back yoke and sleeve placements are all available. Send us a Pantone number if you need thread matched to a brand color, or we will match to the closest thread and show it on the mockup.
Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your logo is digitized for embroidery, we keep the stitch file on our servers in Houston. Reorders skip setup entirely — send the size and color breakdown and we run it. Most repeat customers reorder by email in under a minute.
Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. The same digitized file runs on polos, dress shirts, quarter-zips, jackets, hoodies and bags, so a team can be outfitted in matching decoration across categories. You can mix embroidered caps into the same order as well — just note that headwear carries its own threshold of 12 pieces, while the apparel side of your order has none.
How long does an order take?
Production runs 7–10 business days from the moment you approve the digital proof. Rush service is available on request — tell us your in-hand date when you send the logo and we will confirm whether we can hit it. Free ground shipping applies to most orders.

Proof
Proof
- After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
- Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
- We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
- You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
- After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.
