Product Description
OGIO Caliber 2.0 Polo OG101, Custom Embroidered for Teams and Crews
The OGIO Caliber 2.0 Polo OG101 is a 5-ounce, 100% poly pique polo with stay-cool wicking technology, a flat knit collar, rib knit cuffs and a rounded, bartacked three-button placket, sold decorated with your logo. Service companies, trade show teams and restaurant groups pick it as a workhorse uniform polo. Every shirt is embroidered in-house at our Houston, Texas facility — we have been decorating apparel here since 1979.
Embroidery is the primary method on this style. Five-ounce poly pique is heavier than most performance knits, which means it supports dense stitch counts and larger left-chest logos without needing a heavy backing. Rib knit cuffs and triple-needle shoulders keep the garment stable on the machine. We also offer 3D puff, woven and leather patches, and DTF print for multi-color art. The OGIO badge sits on the left sleeve, so plan sleeve decoration for the right side.

Why Buyers Pick It
Look at the construction, not the price tag. Triple-needle shoulders and hem, bartacked placket and rib knit cuffs are the details that decide whether a uniform polo survives eighteen months of daily wear and industrial laundering — and this one has all three at the lowest price in our TravisMathew and Nike lineup. When you are buying for a crew that wears the shirt hard five days a week, durability per dollar is the number that matters.
Sizing
Sizes run XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL, with extended 2XL through 4XL stocked in the same 13 colors. No minimum means you can order exactly the size run your crew wears — no rounding up to a case, no filler sizes sitting in a closet. Compare it against other embroidered polo shirts or see the men's polo selection.
How to Order
There is no minimum on the OGIO - Caliber2.0 Polo. OG101. Order a single piece for one new hire, or several hundred for a company-wide rollout — the price does not depend on hitting a quantity tier. Buy one to test the fit and the stitch quality before committing the rest of the crew. Send us your logo in any format you have and we will return a free digital mockup showing exact size, placement and thread colors. Nothing goes to the embroidery machines until you approve it. Production is 7–10 business days from proof approval, rush is available on request, and ground shipping is free on most orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the custom OGIO Caliber 2.0 Polo?
It is the OGIO OG101 — a 5-ounce, 100% poly pique polo with stay-cool wicking, a flat knit collar and a bartacked 3-button placket — embroidered with your company logo. Wholesale Caps and Embroidery is a decorator: the stitching happens in our own Houston, Texas building, not at an outside shop.
Is there a minimum order on this polo?
No. There is no minimum on this style — order a single piece if that is all you need, or several hundred for a full rollout. Embroidered caps and hats are the one exception on our site; those orders start at 12 pieces. Apparel like this polo has no quantity tier to hit and no price break you have to buy your way into.
Is this polo heavy enough for daily uniform wear?
At 5 ounces it is on the substantial side for a performance pique, and it is built with triple-needle shoulders and hem plus rib knit cuffs. That combination is what holds shape through repeated commercial washing.
Can you match my logo colors exactly?
We match embroidery thread to your Pantone or brand colors as closely as the thread library allows, and the free digital mockup shows you the match before production. If a color falls between two threads, we will tell you which one we recommend and why.
Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your logo is digitized for embroidery, we keep the stitch file on our servers in Houston. Reorders skip setup entirely — send the size and color breakdown and we run it. Most repeat customers reorder by email in under a minute.
Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. The same digitized file runs on polos, dress shirts, quarter-zips, jackets, hoodies and bags, so a team can be outfitted in matching decoration across categories. You can mix embroidered caps into the same order as well — just note that headwear carries its own threshold of 12 pieces, while the apparel side of your order has none.
How long does an order take?
Production runs 7–10 business days from the moment you approve the digital proof. Rush service is available on request — tell us your in-hand date when you send the logo and we will confirm whether we can hit it. Free ground shipping applies to most orders.

Proof
Proof
- After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
- Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
- We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
- You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
- After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.
