The Performance Pullover Hooded Tee (PC380H) is a 3.8-ounce 100% polyester hooded tee rated UPF 50 with Dry Zone moisture-wicking, sold decorated with the buyer's logo. What happens to my logo file after the first order?
It stays on file with us. Your digitized embroidery file and any print art are stored at our Houston facility, so a reorder six months or six years later matches the first run and carries no new setup.

Can I order this alongside other apparel and caps?
You can. Mix styles, colors and sizes in one order — there is no quantity tier to reach. Apparel carries no minimum, so a single piece of each is fine. Caps are the exception: headwear orders start at 12 pieces.

What is the turnaround time?
Count on 7-10 business days after proof approval, plus transit. Most orders ship free ground. If you are working against an event date, ask about rush — we can often compress the schedule.

UPF 50, ten colors, no minimum. Send us the artwork and we will show you a free mockup before anything prints.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
