The Sport-Tek STC20 Spectator Beanie is a 100% acrylic knit beanie with a raised double stripe, produced in five two-tone team colorways. Booster clubs, athletic departments, construction crews and cold-weather event organizers buy it because the stripe already reads as team colors before a logo goes on. Knit beanies take flat embroidery cleanly, and raised 3D puff embroidery adds weight to a block-letter mark. We also apply woven, rubber and leather patches to the cuff, and direct-to-film printing when artwork has photographic detail or fine gradients. Every method is run in our own Houston plant.

How long does production take?
Production takes 7–10 business days from the moment you approve the digital proof. Rush production is available on request, and most orders ship free ground.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
