Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your logo is digitized for embroidery, we keep the file on our servers in Houston. Reorders skip setup entirely — email us the style, colors and sizes and we run it off the file we already have.

Can I put the same logo on several different styles?
Yes, and it is common. One digitized file runs across shirts, hoodies, quarter-zips and outerwear, and you can mix those styles in a single order with no minimum on any of them. Adding caps to the same order is fine too — headwear is the one category that starts at 12 pieces, everything else here starts at one.

How long does an order take?
Production runs 7-10 business days from the moment you approve the free digital mockup. Rush service is available on request — tell us your in-hands date and we will confirm before you order.

Send your logo and we will mock up the TM1MY397 free of charge. One piece or one hundred — no minimum either way.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
