The TravisMathew Bayfront Solid Polo (TM1MY399) is a 4.4-ounce 64/36 cotton/polyester men's polo with a subtle surface texture, self-fabric collar, three-button placket and side vents. It runs from the same digitized file, so the artwork is consistent, though stitch density is tuned to the fabric. Mixing this polo with embroidered headwear in one order is common — remember headwear is sold in 12-piece units and this polo has no minimum.

When will I get my order?
Production takes 7-10 business days from proof approval, plus transit. If you have a trade show, a tournament or an onboarding date, say so up front and ask about rush — we can often compress the schedule because everything is decorated under our own roof.

Questions on sizing or placement? Send the logo and we will show you exactly how it stitches on this style before you commit. There is no minimum, so a single piece is a perfectly normal order.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
