The TravisMathew Oceanside Heather Pocket Polo (TM1MY404) is a 4.4-ounce 57/43 pima cotton/polyester heathered men's polo with a left chest pocket, self-fabric collar, three-button placket and side vents. Service technicians, site supervisors, pharmacy and clinic staff and anyone carrying a badge or pen buy it for the pocket. All decoration is done in-house at our Houston, TX facility, embroidering apparel since 1979.

With the pocket occupying the left chest, we place your embroidered logo on the right chest or on the pocket itself, depending on the size of your mark and whether the pocket needs to stay usable. Sleeve placement is a third option. Woven and leather patches work here too, and DTF print is available for detailed artwork.

Where does the logo go if the pocket is on the left chest?
Right chest is the most common answer, and it keeps the pocket fully usable. Embroidering directly on the pocket is possible for smaller marks, and a sleeve logo is a clean third option. We lay it out on the mockup so you can compare.

Will a second order match the first?
Yes. We keep your digitized embroidery file on record, so repeat runs use identical stitch data and thread colors. Nothing gets re-created from scratch and nothing gets sent to an outside shop — all decoration happens in our own building in Houston.

Can one order cover several different styles?
Yes. Combine this polo with hoodies, vests, dress shirts or bags on a single order and the same logo file is used across all of them. Adding caps is fine as well, keeping in mind headwear starts at 12 pieces while apparel does not.

Can you hit a deadline?
Usually, yes. Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from proof approval, and rush service is available on request. Give us the date you need shirts in hand and we will tell you honestly whether it works before you place the order.

Get a free digital mockup first, then decide. We have been decorating apparel in Houston since 1979, and there is no minimum here — one piece is an order.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
