Embroidery leads on the duffel, typically stitched on the long side panel where the 19-inch width gives a logo room to breathe. Caps are the one exception in our catalog: those start at 12 pieces. Everything else, including this bag, ships from one.

How much does the duffel hold?

Can you decorate the included cinch pack too?
Yes. The cinch pack is logo-ready by design, so we can run your embroidery on both the duffel and the cinch from the same digitized file. Standard duffel placement is the long side panel; the cinch takes a smaller centered mark. Both appear on your free mockup.

Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
Yes. We digitize your logo once and keep the embroidery file on our server permanently. Reorders skip setup entirely — email us the style number and the quantity and we run it stitch-for-stitch identical to the first batch, however many months later.

Can I match it to team apparel?
Yes. The same file runs on quarter-zips, tank tops and the rest of our bags and coolers. Add headwear to the same order if you want — caps are the sole exception that starts at 12 pieces; this duffel has no minimum.

How fast can I get them?
Production is 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital mockup. Proofs usually go out within one business day of receiving artwork. Rush service is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send the order and we will confirm whether we can hit it. Free ground shipping on most orders.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
