Decoration Methods

DTF print, leather/rubber/woven patches, and 3D puff embroidery all share one requirement on a cap: they need the flat front panel. That means DTF printing is available on the front panel only. Side and back panels are decorated with flat embroidery only — the curve and small surface area there can't support a printed transfer or a patch. If your design needs to wrap around the cap, embroidery is the method; if it's a front-panel logo with gradients or full-color detail, DTF is the method.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?

Yes. Once your artwork is set up for DTF printing, we keep the print file on file indefinitely. Reorders skip the setup step and ship within our standard 7–10 business day production window.

Can I order multiple styles or colors with the same logo?

Yes. The same DTF print file can be applied across different cap styles and colors in one order, and all pieces count toward the single 12-piece minimum. Many customers mix a trucker style and a five-panel style with the same logo in a single run.
