The Carhartt CTK126 is a long sleeve workwear pocket tee in durable 6.75-ounce, 100% cotton jersey knit, with a rib knit crewneck and cuffs, tagless neck label, left chest pocket, side-seamed construction and a loose fit. Field service companies, utilities, oilfield operations and construction firms order it with a logo. Decorated in-house at our Houston, Texas facility, where we have worked since 1979.

Left chest embroidery on the pocket and a large screen printed back panel is the classic workwear combination, and DTF (direct-to-film) printing covers detailed or multi-color company marks. Rib knit cuffs keep sleeve prints from distorting. Placement around the pocket is settled on the mockup before the job runs, so nothing lands crooked on the first shirt.

S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL, all standard stock. The loose fit runs true, and because there is no minimum you can order a single piece in one size to check it before committing to the crew.

Can you decorate the sleeve and the back as well as the pocket?
Yes. Left chest embroidery on the pocket, a full back print with the company name and phone number, and a sleeve hit are all doable on the same shirt. Each location is its own setup and all of them appear on your free digital mockup.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Field programs typically carry one logo across long sleeve tees, short sleeve tees, jackets and caps. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
