Customer Supplied Caps — Decoration Only

Already have your own caps on hand? We'll decorate them with your logo. This is a decoration-only service — you ship us your caps, we add your artwork, and ship the finished pieces back. No cap purchase required through us.

Your logo goes on the front panel via flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, or leather, woven, and rubber patches; DTF printing also runs front-panel only. Side and back panels are embroidery only — the curve is too tight for patches or DTF there. Decoration runs at a 12-piece minimum total, mixable across styles and colors, in-house at our Houston, TX facility.

What is customer-supplied cap decoration?
It's a decoration-only service: you send us caps you already own, and we embroider, patch, or DTF-print your logo onto them in-house at our Houston, Texas facility, then ship them back to you.

What is the minimum for customer-supplied caps?
Twelve pieces total per decoration run, mixable across styles and colors as long as the artwork and method stay the same.

How do I get my caps to you?
Contact us first to confirm quantity and decoration method, then ship your caps to our Houston facility along with your logo file. We'll send a free digital mockup for approval before production starts.

Can I save this as a quote before I order?
Yes. Build your order in our on-site customizer, save it as a shareable quote with mockup images, and send the link to whoever needs to sign off before you submit it.
