The Port Authority Women's Welded Soft Shell Jacket (L324) is a women's-cut bonded soft shell with a 100% polyester woven shell over a water-resistant film insert and a polyester microfleece lining, rated 1000MM waterproof and 1000G/M2 breathable, with welded detailing on the pockets and elbows. Property managers, field reps and on-site supervisors wear it over business clothes.
