The Port Authority Welded Soft Shell Jacket (J324) is a bonded soft shell with a 100% polyester woven shell over a water-resistant film insert and a polyester microfleece lining, rated 1000MM waterproof and 1000G/M2 breathable, with welded detailing at the pockets and elbows. Utilities, contractors and service companies issue it as a multi-season uniform jacket.
