The LPC380TT is a women's performance tank top built from 3.8-ounce, 100% polyester with Dry Zone moisture-wicking and a UPF50 rating, finished with self-fabric binding at the scoop neckline and armholes. Fitness studios, race directors, patio restaurants and summer event teams order it decorated with a logo. Printing and embroidery happen in-house at our Houston, Texas facility — we have done this since 1979.

Screen printing is the standard on tanks and DTF (direct-to-film) printing covers detailed or full-color art without a screen charge. The print area on a tank is narrower than a tee, so we size artwork to the body on the mockup before you approve it. Polyester takes specific inks and cure settings; that is handled here, not shipped out. Left chest embroidery is available as the secondary option.

How does the tank fit and what sizes are stocked?
It is a women's tank with a scoop neckline and self-fabric binding at the neck and armholes, stocked XS through 4XL. Extended sizes are part of the normal run and you can order one of any size.

Where does the logo go on a tank top?
Left chest and center front are the two common placements, and a small back-neck or upper-back print works for event shirts. Because the panel is narrower than a tee, we scale the art to the garment and show you exact placement on the free mockup.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Screens, print files and digitized embroidery files stay on file after your first order, so reorders skip setup entirely. Reorder one piece next month for a new hire and it will match the first batch.

Can I put the same logo on other styles too?
Yes. Run the same mark on tanks for summer and tees for the rest of the year and they will match, since the same file drives both. Mixing decorated apparel with caps in the same order is fine as well — just note caps are ordered by the dozen while apparel is not.

How long does an order take?
Plan on 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request — tell us your in-hands date when you send artwork and we will confirm it before we start.

1. After your order is placed, we enter it into our system and send an "Artwork & Mockup Approval" email within 24-36 hours. This is to verify design, design placement, size, and product colors.
2. Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the .dst file (stitch file). This file is used to tell our embroidery machines what to stitch. Note: Cancellation after this step incurs a $30 restocking fee.
3. We create a sewout and/or update the mockup using the .dst file and send it to you for approval. It's at this point where you want to make sure all colors, size, and placement are as requested.
4. You may request changes to the same design before sewout and/or .dst approval. A completely new design request at this stage incurs a $30 fee.
5. After final approval, production begins. Once items are decorated, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or decoration.

A $30 setup fee is automatically added to the cart and required for all orders. This covers the order processing costs.
