The Port Authority Tall Core Soft Shell Jacket (TLJ317) is the tall-sized version of the Core Soft Shell: a 100% polyester woven shell bonded to a water-resistant film insert over a polyester microfleece lining, rated 1000MM waterproof and 1000G/M2 breathable. It is bought by companies whose uniform program has to fit taller employees without riding up at the cuff or hem.
